Custom Horse Bonnets – All Sales Final
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our custom horse bonnets, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any custom bonnet orders.
We strongly encourage customers to double-check all specifications—including size, colors, and other customization details—before placing an order. If you have any questions or need assistance during the ordering process, please contact us prior to finalizing your purchase.
Exceptions:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Ready to Ship Horse Bonnets – Eligible for Return
Ready to ship horse bonnets may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
- The item must be in perfect, unused condition.
- The bonnet must be clean, free of dirt, hair, or odor.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
